And now, for something completely different. The Oblivion weather control mod, comes in the form of a spell. You cast it to change the weather ! So now you can make it rain or even snow whenever you feel like it. See someone going into a bar and leaving his dog outside ? Want to make him feal guilty ? Make it rain .. want the dog to die ? Make it snow !
As you can imagine, the possibilities with a mod like theses are endless. That is, if you are a true role player, because changing the weather doesn't really change anything other then when the sky looks like and what is dropping out of the sky (rain or snow).
