This has to be the most hilarious mod developed so far. If this mod doesn’t get Oblivion rated as adult only, nothing will. The mod adds an area called ‘shady lane’ onto the shores southwest of Anvil. The author is planning to add some more houses there with upcoming mods, but at the moment there is already 1 house where you can get a small quest and find some interesting stuff.

There’s a fence who works outside the thieves guild. But this guy is more, he is in fact an illegal drug dealer !! Selling skooma and other illegal herbs and substances is his business. He shares some of the profits from this with the thieves guild and gets permission to buy stolen goods that way. In the shop you will also find what is known as a ‘skooma cooker’. With this cooker you can  freebase your skooma for an even more potent effect. It will purify the skooma and take the effective components straight into your brain.
