This mod adds a player-owned plantation to the southwest of Kavatch.
Instructions:

Adds a player owned plantation directly southwest of Kavatch.

Plantation consist of one rather large Anvil style home and
a FarmHouse style servant’s home.

All indoor containers "should" be player friendly.
Containers outside however are not.
