Oblivion Construction Set Download

Description:

This is the official TES construction set. It is the one and only tool you will need for (basic) modding of Oblivion. if you want to edit textures, or add new 3d models, you will require more tools.

This tool is also included on your Oblivion CDROM, but in case you don't have that, here is the official file.
